As a proud father, Sasha has built SolBright as more than a business — it’s a family. Chief Human Resources Officer
Indya is a passionate leader in the renewable energy sector with six years of dedicated experience, much of it focused on solar power. As a mother and softball coach, she skillfully balances family, community involvement, and a demanding career.
She now serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at SolBright Power Group, where she drives business strategy, board engagement, and company culture while overseeing HR policy enforcement, compliance, and daily operations. Committed to sustainable energy and people-first leadership, she continues to advance the industry’s growth.
Fernando Quade
Business Development Manager
With over 15 years of versatile experience across automotive BDC management and specialty sales, our Business Development Manager brings a high-energy, "all-in" approach to SolBright. Their career is defined by a proven ability to build scalable internal systems and drive organizational growth from the ground up. At SolBright, they focus on developing robust infrastructure and providing the strategic support necessary to ensure our team operates at its highest potential.
Deeply influenced by a background in competitive football and basketball, they apply a team-first, disciplined mindset to every project. This passion for growth extends beyond the office, as they remain active in the basketball community mentoring youth in Cabo Verde. This commitment to community and foundational development mirrors SolBright’s mission to build a sustainable, empowered future through dedicated leadership and operational excellence.
Stephanie Matiyosus
Business Development Assistant
As Business Development Assistant at SolBright Power Group, Stephanie serves as a vital connector between homeowners and the clean energy solutions that can transform their lives. In this role, she leads meaningful outreach — building relationships through dedicated client communication, qualifying prospective customers, and coordinating appointments that set SolBright’s outside sales team up for success. She also works closely alongside the Business Development Manager, contributing to strategy, follow-through, and the day-to-day momentum that drives the team forward.
Stephanie is passionate about helping families and communities save money while switching to clean, reliable energy. Known for her honest, down-to-earth approach, she focuses on educating her clients so they can make confident decisions that truly benefit their homes and future.
With a strong background in working with people and building trust, Stephanie takes the time to understand each customer’s needs and provides simple, clear solar solutions — no pressure, just real guidance. Her goal is not just to sell solar, but to make a positive impact by helping her community lower energy costs and move toward energy independence.
